Águilas presents, once more, their offer in FITUR
The Town Hall and local businessmen will organize a raffle with rooms in local hoteles

Aguilas will present for another year, their tourist offer in FITUR 2006, this is, the International Fair of Tourism of Madrid. The fair opened up its doors yesterday and it will continue this weekend until next Sunday, the 29th.
In the stand belonging to Aguilas, that is being attended by two conference hostesses employed by the Town Hall, all type of information about local tourist offers will be provided (beaches, feasts, paying a special attention to the Carnival, museums, places of tourist interest, touristic commercial establishments, etc). In the same way, different promotional products will be distributed such as key rings, ballpoint pens and post cards with pictures of the most attractive points in town and also with pictures belonging to the Carnival 2006.
The most important novelty of this edition will be the presence of two more hostesses, besides the ones that will attend the counter, that will be dressed up with Carnival costumes. Specifically, they belong to the Carnival group Ipanema, and they will distribute, amongst all visitors to the stand, about 10.000 promotional brochures of Aguilas with the slogan “Open for holidays, all year round”, giving all these visitors the possibility of taking part in the raffle where the prizes will be of stays in local hotels, thanks to the agreement signed between local businessmen and the local Administration.
Also, in this occasion, a great number of local representatives have travelled to Spain´s capital. Leaded by the Mayor, Juan Ramírez, this group is integrated by, chiefly, businessmen and specialists in the tourist sector. Assisting working meetings and to develop different promotion actions .
